Why I Created DKSPARK

Having worked with, led and advised businesses across 35 countries for over 30 years, I have experienced firsthand how exciting - and daunting - periods of change can be. Whether it is a merger, an acquisition, a leadership shift, new systems, process or markets, or a personal reinvention, transitions reshape organizational dynamics and the people within them.
